Something is broken

Tell me what you tapped and what happened. If you can, say which iPhone and which version of iOS — the About screen in the app lists the build number, and quoting it saves a round trip.

Something is missing

Say so. It goes on the list, and the list is short enough that things on it get built.

You want your record deleted

You can do it yourself, permanently, from inside the app: You, then Delete all data. You do not have to ask anyone, and nothing is kept afterwards.
