What you are agreeing to
Ever Since keeps a record of what you tell it about your health and shows it back to you. You keep your record; we keep it working.
It is not medical care
Nothing in this app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. If you think you are having an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Subscriptions
The record, the Health Summary and Ask are free. Pro adds written readings and deeper analysis. A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel from Your plan, in the same place you started it — it takes two taps and no email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove your record, which is yours either way.
Before a renewal
If a free trial is going to become a paid subscription, you are told before you are charged, with the date and the amount.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your own account. If you delete it, the synced copy goes with it.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will be told in the app rather than only on a website.
Age
You must be 13 or older to use Ever Since. Under-18s are not offered a subscription; everything in the app is available to them for free.
Governing law
To be completed before publication. This draft does not state a jurisdiction, because choosing one is a decision for a lawyer and not for a placeholder.
